Doritos Casserole

21 oz Cream of Mushroom Soup 1-1/2 c Water 10 oz Rotel Tomatoes, chopped 13-16 oz bag Doritos 1-1/2 c Chopped Onion 1 lb Ground Beef 1 c Grated Cheddar Cheese |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bring to a boil the soup, water, and tomatoes. Cook onion with ground beef. Place layer of slightly crushed Doritos in bottom of a casserole dish. Add layer of ground beef, a layer of soup mix, and a layer of Doritos. Continue until all ingredients are used. Top with cheese. Bake 25-30 minutes. |
